1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and any message or project details you send through the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Order information: when you pay for a service, we record the service, amount, order ID, payment ID, payment status and the name, email and phone number you enter.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Card, UPI, net banking and wallet details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are not collected or stored by us. Razorpay's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
- Technical information: our server records your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. The Website stores your light/dark theme choice in your browser. We do not use advertising trackers.
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiries and provide the services you request or buy.
- To process payments, issue receipts or invoices, handle refunds and keep records required by law.
- To communicate about your project, including scheduling, delivery and support.
- To protect the Website against fraud, spam and misuse.

We keep enquiry information for up to 2 years and order and payment records for as long as required under Indian tax and accounting laws (generally 8 years). After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

The Website uses HTTPS encryption. Data is stored on a secured server with restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
6. Your rights
