Vishwajeet, an independent web developer and technology consultant and the owner of vishwajeet.crazywebdev.com provides digital services only. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so there are no shipping charges and nothing is sent by courier or post.
1. How services are delivered
All services are delivered online, depending on the service, through:
- video calls (Google Meet, Zoom or WhatsApp) for consultations and requirement discussions;
- email and WhatsApp for documents, designs, reports and updates;
- a live website or application deployed on your domain or hosting account, or on a staging link for review;
- access to source code, admin panels or files through a shared repository or cloud storage link.
2. Confirmation
After a successful payment you will see a confirmation page with your order ID. We will contact you within 1 working day on the email and phone number you entered, to confirm the details and schedule the work.
3. Delivery timelines

The exact delivery timeline for your work is the one agreed in writing before payment.
Timelines are counted in working days (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST) from the later of payment and receipt of the content and access we need from you. If a delay is expected, we will inform you in advance with a revised date.
4. Service area
We serve clients across India and, where possible, abroad. Because delivery is online, location does not affect the price or timeline.
5. Problems with delivery
If you have not been contacted within 1 working day of payment, or a delivery is late or incomplete, contact us at techyvishwajeet@gmail.com or +91 80810 48515. If we cannot deliver a service you have paid for, you will receive a full refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
