These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://vishwajeet.crazywebdev.com (the “Website”) and your purchase of services from Vishwajeet, an independent web developer and technology consultant and the owner of vishwajeet.crazywebdev.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). Payments on this website are received by Vishwajeet (owner of vishwajeet.crazywebdev.com). By using the Website or paying for a service, you (“you”, the “Client”) agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We provide digital services: technical consultations, website and web application development, website maintenance and support, and custom business software and automation. The services we offer are described on the Services page. We do not publish fixed prices: the scope, price and timeline of each engagement are agreed with you in writing (by quote, email or WhatsApp) before you pay. All services are delivered online; we do not sell or ship physical goods.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to buy our services.
3. Prices and payment
- All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). You pay the amount agreed with us using the Pay Online page, where you enter the agreed amount and select the service.
- The amount you pay is the final amount payable. GST is not charged on payments made on this website.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay using cards, UPI, net banking, wallets and other methods it supports. We never see or store your card or bank details. Payments on this website are received by Vishwajeet (owner of vishwajeet.crazywebdev.com).
- A payment is confirmed only after it is successful and verified. You will see a confirmation page with your order ID, and we will contact you within 1 working day.
- Please pay only the amount agreed with us. Any amount paid by mistake or in excess of the agreed amount will be refunded.
4. Project process and Client responsibilities
- If, after payment, your requirements turn out to be larger than the agreed scope, we will tell you the extra cost before doing that work, and you may decline it.
- You agree to provide content, logos, images, access and feedback on time. Delivery timelines are extended by any delay in receiving these.
- You confirm that any content you provide does not infringe anyone else's rights and is lawful.
- Third-party costs such as domain names, hosting, paid plugins or SMS/email services are not included unless stated in the agreed quote.
5. Delivery and acceptance
Services are delivered as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Each engagement includes reasonable revisions within the agreed scope. Work is treated as accepted when you approve it or 7 days after delivery if no issues are reported.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
On receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you (design, content and custom code) passes to you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and you receive a permanent licence to use them as part of your deliverables. Open-source and third-party components remain under their own licences. Unless you object in writing, we may show the finished work in our portfolio.
8. Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to provide the services.
9. Use of the Website
You must not misuse the Website, attempt to break its security, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Website content is for general information and may change without notice.
10. Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit, data or business, or for failures of third-party services (for example hosting providers, payment gateways or app stores). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.
11. Termination
Either party may end an engagement by written notice. Refunds on termination follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Sections on payment, intellectual property, confidentiality and liability continue after termination.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably through our Grievance Officer. If it is not resolved, the courts at Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
